The prototype is being trailed by John Fisher in the US. The boat is being raced and assessed in one of the most prolific fleets currently active.

Rubicon has the power and the rating to carry a rig large enough to be competitive against dual rated Marbleheads in light airs.
The hull shape has near vertical topsides and quite a firm turn of the bilge with long shallow overhangs that should begin working as soon as there is enough breeze to heel the yacht. You can use the proven foils from our Marblehead with the Ajax bulb, or fit a heavier bulb if you race in predominantly windy conditions.
